Shipping Policy

Orders are subject to process within 1-3 business days. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

Due to Covid-19 please allow extra time for shipping.

 

USA

-Standard shipping can take between 10-14 Days

-Express shipping can take 7-10 business days

 

CANADA

-Standard shipping can take 14-21 business days

-Express shipping can take 7-15 business days

 

UK

-Standard shipping can take between 20-40 business days

-Express shipping can take between 7-15 business days

 

AUSTRALIA

-Standard shipping can take between 13-20 business days

-Express shipping can take between 7-15 business days

 

EUROPE

-Standard shipping can take between 20-40 business days

-Express shipping can take between 7-15 business days 

 

We do not ship packages to P.O Boxes. Please provide residential addresses or these orders will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas which cannot be serviced.

 

Tracking Orders

Standard Orders are subject to a 1-3 day processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number.

 

Locating your Package

Packages are classified as "lost" if it has been more than 15 business days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. Please email us at DivineTimeInc@gmail.com and we will try our best to provide you with information regarding your order. We are not responsible for lost packages, also any packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. After we ship packages, you will be emailed tracking number and we are not responsible after it is out of our hands. We ship through USPS and you will have to contact them for any further inquires. 

Please note we do not provide refunds. 

All packages are packaged as securely as possible, however, it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are treated in transit. We take it very seriously if your Divine Time Inc Luxury Sun Glasses are reached in a condition less than perfect, so please email any concerns to DivineTimeInc@gmail.com. Any demaged item you will recieve store credit minus any sale or shipping fee.
